Taking the Stress Out of Delivering Consistent Content 

Wellington Square is a regional shopping centre located in Wallan Victoria, about 50km north of Melbourne. The centre management team is busy and time poor, and they need support in delivering a consistent and high quality social media strategy.  

Property Republic executes Wellington Square’s social media content creation and scheduling. We produce three posts per week for Facebook and Instagram, delivered to the client on a fortnightly basis.  

The Approach  

Every second month we visit Wellington Square and chat to various shop tenants to gather information about products, promotions, activations and any upcoming news or events. This information inspires the social media content and allows us to produce timely and relevant content all year round.  

Visiting Wellington Square saves the centre management team time and stress, as we collect the relevant information for the content calendars.  

We deliver the content for approval on a fortnightly basis (instead of monthly) to ensure that we can incorporate promotional updates seamlessly. Once approved, we schedule and boost the posts. 

The Results  

Since taking over Wellington Square’s social media management, we’ve seen growth in their page likes, followers, reach and engagement. In addition to this, Wellington Square’s centre management can focus their time on handling their day-to-day tasks, with peace of mind that their social media strategy is being effectively performed, analysed and optimised.
